Easy and Fun Lunches for School (and Preschool!)

A few of my favorite easy and quick lunch solutions!

Friday, 1/24/14 - Leftover Pizza Stars
Z's lunch: purple and red potato chips, leftover DF/GF pizza; organic carrots, sugar snap peas, blueberries

We had some non-dairy pizza left over from something, so I made Pizza Bites! Star-shaped, for my super star!

E's lunch: organic carrots, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, grapes; leftover GF/DF pizza scraps, potato chips, trail mix

Little Sis got the pizza scraps, plus an Enjoy Life Seed and Fruit trail mix - it's nut-free! I'd been organizing the cupboards and she expressed an interest in the trail mix. *sigh* I guess I can share one of my precious packets with her.

Tuesday, 2/4/14 - PB Cracker Stackers
Z's lunch: PBCo Dark Chocolate Dreams packet, GF rice crackers; organic carrots, apples, and blueberries

I got the inspiration for PB Cracker Stackers from the MOMables menu service, and took it a step backwards - I let Little Z build them herself! Ha! Less work for me, and more fun for her!

It does take more of her precious 20-minutes to build them herself, but she eats more of them than if I put them together for her.

E's lunch: GF rice crackers w/PBCo Dark Chocolate Dreams; organic carrots, tomatoes, strawberries, and blueberries

My little one can't be trusted with loose peanut butter. Or scissors. So she got Mama-made cracker sandwiches.

Wednesday, 2/5/14 - We {Heart} PBJs!
Z's lunch: GF PBJ, organic carrots, organic raspberries w/Enjoy Life dark chocolate chips
PBJ for "hump day!" Plus a favorite - chocolate-stuffed raspberries! Enjoy Life sent me a bag of their new dark chocolate chips to try, and we loooove them! I love that they're Non-GMO Verified and made in a facility free from the Top 8 Allergens and gluten, and the girls just love that I let them have any! Hahaha!
