My girls are big fans of Peanut Butter and Co's
Dark Chocolate Dreams. They think they're getting away with eating dessert for lunch, and I get to feel good about offering them a healthy option with less sugar than peanut butter and jelly!

Wednesday, 7/21/13 - For Little E's Summer afternoon snack, I used a butter knife to stuff Dark Chocolate Dreams peanut butter into some raspberries, and served them with some sugar snap peas. I couldn't trust her with something messier, like apples to dip in peanut butter, or strawberries with peanut butter on the outside.

Big Sister was jealous of the chocolate-stuffed raspberries, but they're fairly labor intensive to make. And Z is old enough to be trusted to dip apples in a blob of peanut butter. So that's what she got!

Thursday, 9/19/13 - I cut the sandwich bread into small squares and peanut buttered each one before adding it to the
long heart skewer cupcake picks. Just for fun, I added a
little animal fork pick to Z's apples.
