I got to meet reps from Peanut Butter and Co when I went to a food blogger convention in Portland. They had some amazingly delicious ways they were sampling their various flavors (strawberries and Dark Chocolate Dreams, anyone?) So when they offered to send me some of their products to use in our lunches, I just about tripped over myself accepting.
I was tired of the usual sandwich (and didn't have a lot of time to pack...) so I was excited when I thought of trying pretzels with peanut butter instead. Everything was thrown together pretty quickly, and I stuck a purple bunny pick in with the strawberries, just to be fun (Z loves bunnies. And purple!)
FYI, any of the Peanut Butter and Co flavors would have been ah-mazing in this lunch!
I've put these tasty peanut butters to good use too...
Dark Chocolate Dreams is great in strawberries, tortilla-wiches, and simple sandwiches.
I've used Mighty Maple in many sandwiches too, especially when I'm too lazy to add honey or jelly. And it was perfect in these cracker-wiches!
I used some Smooth Operator and Dark Chocolate Dreams squeeze packets on vacation and a family day trip.
And I'm a big fan of Cinnamon Raisin Swirl with apples, apples, and more apples. In case you hadn't noticed...
