Tuesday, 7/16/13 - Z had VBS camp in the morning, and Little Gym camp in the afternoon, so we'd need packed lunches. I didn't have any lunch meats, so I used leftover chicken chunks instead, to make MOMables Cracker Stacker-style lunches! Since I was already going the pile-it-on route, I cut the cheese into cubes and chunks rather than slices. Less work for me!
I gave Big Sis a silicone bear muffin cup to make this simple lunch a little more fun. I included a party pick fork in case she wanted to eat the bits separately (which she usually does - I call her a "deconstructionist eater.") As I was laying it in the box, I realized it looked like the bear was holding a spear if I put it this way. So I just haaaaad to!
Little Sis didn't get a bear cup. They take up more room in the dishwasher, and now that I'm packing for 3-4 people, and using 4-8 cups per day, they're starting to back up by the sink!

This looks delicious! I like the idea of adding bit and pieces of leftover meat to a lunch.
