Another quick and easy lunch inspired by my MOMables weekly lunch planning menu subscription! It's been a while since I made the MOMables PBJ Stackers, so I decided to give it a go with our gluten-free crackers this time. I don't know about Z, but I hate getting sticky fingers. But I can't figure out how to get the jelly to not be all drippy and messy. Plus these crackers were a bit on the savory side, and I wasn't sure how they would taste with something sweet on them. So I just did the peanut butter.
I cut out two cheese-y spiders with my spider cookie cutter and put them in a sunny" yellow silicone divider cup.
The blue square silicone muffin cup was chosen for the PB Stackers to represent rain. Although in hindsight, those crackers look quite like suns to me. Oh well.
I was scrambling for ideas at this point, and wanted a pick for the sliced strawberries, so I settled on a yellow dot pick because it kind of looked like a sun. I should have dug out one of my Halloween spider picks instead. Darnit.
For a treat, I put a few dye-free Unreal #41 chocolate candies (like MandMs, available at Target and other stores) in a rainbow sauce container - because everyone knows that rain and sun makes rainbows, right?
