Such a yummy selection, and so many fun ways to enjoy it! You could include a Chobani Champions Greek yogurt in your child's lunch. Or as part of a healthy snack!
You could serve it in the original container,
or include it however you can get it to fit!
To make it even more exciting, you can offer it with "mix-ins" - sprinkles, fresh fruit,
with cinnamon,
or even granola.
Little Z liked all four flavors, but her favorite was the Vanilla Chocolate Chunk, with Cascadian Farms Dark Chocolate Almond Granola alongside. She also enjoyed each flavor "plain," but she prefers having stuff to mix in, even if it was just a dash of cinnamon (really yummy in the Honey-Nana, and Orange Vanilla flavors.)Reasons I CHO-se Chobani Champions:
- All-natural ingredients - no artificial colors, flavors, sugars, or preservatives!
- Greek yogurt is a good source of Calcium, Protein, and Vitamin D.
- They only use milk from cows not treated with rBST.
- They contain live and active probiotics cultures.
- Vegetarian-friendly and Kosher.
- Almost lactose-free. (Still contains some lactose, but the live cultures help to break it down. I'm lactose intolerant and I don't have my normal "problems" with Greek yogurts.)
- Allergy-friendly - Chobani Champions is free from wheat, nut, shellfish, and soy allergens.

MMMM I want to try Very Berry!
ReplyDeleteOur favorite is the very berry!
ReplyDeleteHow did you discover your problem was lactose and not something else in the milk?
ReplyDeleteMy symptoms were more in-line with a lactose intolerance versus an allergic reaction. Bowel issues. No fun! And I'd been able to drink milk my whole life - I preferred it over juice! Until I was on my own and couldn't afford milk anymore. So I went without for a while. Then suddenly I'd have to go home sick with cramps and flu-like symptoms whenever I'd try a bottled Frappucino or a Dairy Queen treat.
DeleteI managed to eat a bit every day, with only mild symptoms, and eventually it no longer bothered me. Then another poor-spell with no milk, and it came back. Now I just take a once-daily Lactose Intolerance pill (from Schiff) and rarely have issues (only when I eat a TON of dairy in one day.)
So the fact that I "cured" it and then it came back, plus that the Lactose Intolerance pill works, tells me that it's the lactose. ;)
DeleteWould love to try the banana honey flavor
ReplyDeleteI've had their samples at Costco and it was REALLY good. My son loved it!
ReplyDeleteI'm intrigued that you can eat it. Might try it with my own milk-sensitive young one because we don't know what her problem is yet with milk. Might just be the lactose.
We LOVE the vanilla chocolate chunk!
ReplyDeleteWe love Vanilla Chocolate Chunk and would love to win a case ;)
ReplyDeleteYummie Berry!
ReplyDeleteI love berries so Very Berry for me please! Yum! :)
ReplyDeleteGeorgiana
I'd love to try Champions Vanilla Chocolate Chunk.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the giveaway.
Very Berry would be tasty! Thanks
ReplyDeleteLove oranges so the Orange one would be nice! Also Very Berry looks berrlicious too!
ReplyDeleteOk, you talked me into it! My kiddos adore the Vanilla Chocolate Chunk!!! We have tried freezing some of the others and they make excellent additions to smoothies w/o watering it down too much like ice does!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Z liked that flavor best too. I finally used my parmesan grater thingy on some chocolate to sprinkle into other kinds. Why didn't I think of that before?
Deletethe honey nana. mmmm
ReplyDeleteMy kids like the very berry and the honey banana the best!
ReplyDeleteWe love Orange Vanilla and Vanilla Chocolate Chunk... ok we like all of them!
ReplyDeleteI think my girls would love the very berry!
ReplyDeleteCHOCOLATE CHUNK YUMMMMMMMM!!!
ReplyDeleteMy kids like honey nana. Your lunches look great! So many adorable ways to include yogurt!
ReplyDeleteAnything with chocolate is always welcome at our house. :)
ReplyDeleteI am most excited about the chocolate chip
ReplyDeleteI would like to try the banana honey. I typically find that Chocolate yogurt doesn't taste enough like chocolate, but maybe this brand is different.
ReplyDeleteWe love the vanilla chocolate chunk... but would love to try the orange!
ReplyDeleteDon't give low-fat yoghurt to kids, their brains need the essential fatty acids to grow. All the good fats are removed from Greek Yoghurt, this might be good for an overweight, non active 12 year old, but not for kids any younger! Feed them whole milk, and regular yoghurt. They need the fats!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the information. Do you have any brand recommendations? A 3.5oz Chobani Champions has 1.5g fat. A 4oz Stonyfield YoKids (not Greek) has only 1g, and a 6oz Yoplait Original (not Greek) has 1.5.
DeleteIf I were to explore other brands I would only really consider buying organics, since if it's not as kid-friendly as these, I'd at least want it to be free of all the hormones and GMO-fed dairy and such. Plus they're discovering that cows that are fed artificial ingredients (there was some places feeding cows leftover Halloween candy!) their milk affects dye-sensitive kids. The only way to know we're safe is to go organic, or to trust the brand.
