Baby You're a Firework! Bento

While we didn't need a packed lunch, since we had no morning plans, I didn't want to let the last day before July 4th go without something fun and festive! She also had a sports-themed afternoon camp at Little Gym. But how to tie them together...?
I decided on a stars theme - she's my Super Star, which is kind of sportsy. And I made it look like a firework shooting into the sky (kinda,) plus I had red, white and blue sides for the patriotic theme.

Baby, You're a Firework!
PB-Dark chocolate PB sandwich on bread thins, sugar snap peas,
mozzarella cheese stars, raspberries and blackberries
I used a large star cutter on my sandwich thins before adding the peanut butter and Peanut Butter and Co's Dark Chocolate Dreams PB.
I sliced open some sugar snap peas and cut or tore off the half of the pod with the fewest peas on it. And ate them. I arranged them to look like a rocket blast or firework trails.
A mini star cutter for the cheese, and a spinning firework star pick for the berries. Done!

Upon seeing her lunch, she was excited to identify the "theme" of the lunch.
"I know the theme of my lunch! It's stars. Because I'm a Super Star!"
It's like she read my mind!
"I know what those peas are doing. They're to show the star shooting up into the air."
And she can identify abstract concepts in food art! I love this kid!
